At Vigor Ground Fitness, we help our youth athletes develop in two phases - Learning to Train and Training to Compete. Learning to Train builds the athletic foundation by teaching proper movement mechanics and lifting techniques in a fun, competitive environment. The next stage is the Training to Compete phase where we develop speed, agility, strength, power, and injury prevention skills. Our program is designed to complement the sports activity and maximize overall performance. Youth athletes should not be trained like professionals—proper, age-appropriate training is key to long-term success.

(NONE ON MEMORIAL WEEKEND, MOTHER'S DAY, & FATHER'S DAY)

12pm | training to compete: ages 13 - 18

2pm | learning to train: Ages 7 - 12

A lifelong athlete, Myron developed a deep passion for training and its impact both on and off the field. Now dedicated to helping others reach their full potential, he specializes in sports performance training, with a focus on youth athletes. Myron emphasizes agility, strength, endurance, and mental toughness while instilling teamwork and resilience that carry over into everyday life. Coaching and giving back through training continue to drive his passion for athletic development and youth fitness.
